32 primary schools are officially linked to a secondary school. If your child is in one of them, they get a small head start getting into the linked secondary school at Posting. Search or filter by area to see exactly which secondary school each primary is linked to.
What This Link Gets You (and What It Doesn't)[1]
An “affiliation” is an official MOE link between a primary and a secondary school — not just a similar name. If your child is affiliated and puts that secondary school first, their cut-off can be a little easier at Posting. But it's only a small edge: schools must keep at least 20% of places in each Posting Groupfor children who aren't affiliated[2], and each school still sets a minimum result you need to hit.
We don't list every school's exact entry rule (some ask for Higher Mother Tongue or a minimum grade) — check with the secondary school directly. And being in the same “family” of schools doesn't by itself help; only the official MOE link does. Full explanation and sources: School Affiliation Guide.
