Why is Featured a one-time payment and not a subscription?
SGSchoolKaki is growing. Launch prices are kept low for early adopters. One-time campaigns mean prices can be raised freely as traffic grows, without locking existing operators into cheap grandfathered rates. You simply re-buy at the then-current price when your campaign ends.
Can I switch between Verified Plus monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Switch between S$29/mo and S$290/yr at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Annual saves the equivalent of 2 months.
Do you offer refunds?
Verified Plus subscriptions can be cancelled immediately via the Customer Portal -- no prorated refunds for the remaining period. Featured campaigns are non-refundable once active, except for verified technical failure on our side.
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe Checkout. PayNow and bank transfer are not supported at this time.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
First-time Verified Plus subscribers get 14 days free. You enter your card at signup but are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge. The trial is available once per operator account.
