Registration Phases

Children with a sibling currently in the school
Sibling priority — strongest route to your target school. No ballot; places reserved for qualifying families.
- Only one school may be chosen in Phase 1.
- Child born in 2020 must turn 7 by 1 Jan 2027.
- Phase 2ACONFIRMED9–10 Jul 2026
Alumni children, school staff, SAC members, MOE kindergarten children
Community and alumni links. Still very competitive at popular schools — even Phase 2A can go to ballot.
- SAC membership must be active before 31 Dec 2025.
- Staff of the school must be employed by 31 Dec 2025.
- Phase 2BCONFIRMED20–21 Jul 2026
Active volunteers, community leaders, endorsed by church/clan
Volunteer and community connections. Volunteer service must have been completed by 31 May 2026.
- Volunteer deadline: 31 May 2026 (CONFIRMED).
- Must have clocked at least 40 hours by the cut-off.

All Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents
Open to all SC/PR families. Distance from home to school is the deciding factor when oversubscribed — 1km > 2km > beyond 2km.
- Register online via MOE P1 Portal from 9am on 28 Jul 2026.
- Distance measured from registered home address.
- Alternative address declaration closes 27 Jul 2026.
- Phase 2C SupplementaryCONFIRMED17–18 Aug 2026
SC/PR children who were unsuccessful in Phase 2C, or did not register
Last-chance open registration. If oversubscribed, MOE will post-allocate children to schools with remaining vacancies.
- MOE may assign you to a school if you are unsuccessful.
- Strongly encouraged to register — MOE assignment schools may be further from home.

International students (non-SC/PR)
For international students. Indication of intent: 19–25 May 2026 (CONFIRMED). Actual registration is October.

Deferment Applications

Deadline to apply for your child's P1 deferment (if born in 2020 but not yet ready for school). Submit via MOE P1 portal.
Alternative Address Declaration
29 Jun 2025 – 27 Jul 2026
Window to declare an alternative residential address for distance calculation in Phase 2C. Closes 27 Jul 2026 (day before Phase 2C opens).
Volunteer Hours Cut-off (Phase 2B)
31 May 2026
All volunteer service must be completed and logged by 31 May 2026 to qualify for Phase 2B.
International Students — Indication of Intent
19–25 May 2026
International student families must submit an indication of intent during this window. Actual Phase 3 registration is October 2026.

- Prepare NRIC / birth certificate / supporting documents for Phase 1 / 2A / 2B

- Phase 1 (30 Jun – 2 Jul): register if you have sibling priority
- Phase 2A (9–10 Jul): register via MOE P1 Portal
- Phase 2B (20–21 Jul): volunteers + community links
- Phase 2C: 28 Jul 9am (CONFIRMED) — open to all SC/PR
