failed year 1 with barely passing grades - should i change course or push through?

Category: Uni & Beyonds

just finished year 1 in local uni (engineering course). my CAP (cumulative average point) is 2.9 which is like borderline fail/pass honestly spent most of year 1 struggling to understand content, feeling lost in lectures, projects barely meeting deadline, exams doing very poorly now questioning if engineering right for me. maybe i chose this course for wrong reasons (good job prospects, parents wanted me to do engineering, seemed "safe" choice) realizing i dont actually enjoy the content. eve
