offered accountancy in ntu and smu. considering accepting but worried it might be boring everyone says accountancy = numbers + spreadsheet all day. is this true for the degree also? or got more interesting aspects like business strategy, consulting, etc? asking cause i dont want commit to 3-4 years of degree and regret halfway also can accountancy grads do other jobs besides auditor/accountant? or quite limited career path?
